Micah Pettiway is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Kipp Atlanta Colligiate. Pettiway has a medium sized frame with an athletic build. Defensively he has a long arm action with a slinging arm action. Pettiway has developing footwork and developing catch and throw tools behind the plate. He is aggressive to ground balls at first base with developing actions. At the plate, Pettiway starts his siwng with a toe tap trigger and has a big load. He dives at the plate and has some hand quickness. Pettiway has a line drive approach and gets around the ball some. He has developing hitting tools. Good student.
