Albert Dominguez is a 2014 SS/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends George Washington. Tall, strongly built infielder with additional room to add strength. Ran a 7.54 60 yard dash. Bats from both sides of the plate, sets up slightly open and upright. Hits to the opposite field, needs to get his lower half more involved. Stays short to the ball and looks to hit line drives. Flashes bat speed. Shows a fast arm in the infield and good arm strength across. Has quick feet to play up the middle. Also took the mound, reaches 80 mph from an over the top arm slot. Also mixes a 72 mph slider with short action. Likes to use his changeup and can locate it. Good student.
