Colin Breuer is a 2018 3B/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Seacrest County Day High School. Large, broad shouldered frame with solid present strength proportioned throughout. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front and funnels well, wide base, short steps moving towards the ball and works behind, shows the ability to throw from multiple arms lots with accuracy, arm strength will continue to develop. Righthanded hitter, begins with a square stance and a low back elbow at the plate. Upper body dominant swing and loads hands back at start, shows a linear swing path through the zone. Short shift into contact, creates extension in swing plane, ground ball contact off the barrel to all fields. Very good student.
