Raymond Gil is a 2017 3B/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Gulliver Schools. Big and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Moves well for his size, 6.83 in the sixty, has athletic actions on defense at third base, light on his feet and moves well laterally, fields out front with soft hands, very strong arm, stays on top of his throws consistently, plays with some flair at times and has confidence in the field. Right handed hitter, tall open stance with a simple load and shift, hits the ball out front with quick hands, will occasionally drop his hands and start them low, has bat speed and the ball comes off the barrel hard, sound and repeatable hitting approach.
