Ky Taylor is a 2014 1B/RHP with a 6-6 192 lb. frame from Amarillo, TX who attends Tascosa HS. Tall and lanky frame, lots of room to get stronger. 7.29 runner, shows his athleticism at first base, good quick feet and footwork, long strider in the outfield and moves well after balls, arm strength still developing. Right handed hitter, crouched spread stance, back side collapse, losing all leverage advantage of being tall with some strength, handles the barrel well enough, mid field line drive contact, has more hitting talent than he's able to show right now. Also pitched, fastball to 71 mph, slow curveball. Good student.
