Benjamin Bossler is a 2015 RHP/SS, 2B with a 5-11 145 lb. frame from Fountain Inn, SC who attends Hillcrest. Medium, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action coming through the back side. Small hip turn at top of delivery, low effort delivery, generates extension out front at release with a short stride down the mound. Fastball topped out at 77 mph with some run to his arm side and projects for more with the incorporation of his lower half. Maintains arm action on changeup well at 67 mph and shows 11-5 life on curveball, occasionally pulls across body but shows some depth on the pitch. Good student.
