Brad Archer is a 2014 RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Lebanon, MO who attends Lebanon HS. Slender young build, minimal present strength, lots of room to get stronger. Sound delivery with some drift out front, over the top release point, loose fast arm, good extension out front. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, mostly straight, works downhill. Flashes hard curveball spin with sharp bite and 11/5 shape, will throw through break at times for shorter and flatter slider shape at higher velocities, solid second pitch potential. Some developing feel for change up, throws strikes and has an idea how to pitch. Projects with additional strength. Good student, verbal commitment to Missouri State.
