Dominic Fletcher is a 2016 OF/LHP with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Cypress, CA who attends Cypress HS. Compact athletic build, good present strength with room for a bit more. 7.09 runner, outstanding defensive skills and tools, huge arm strength with uncanny accuracy, runs advanced routes and makes difficult catches look easy, doesn't have the prototypical speed to play centerfield but probably could in a Jim Edmonds-type way. Left handed hitter, open stance with loaded hands and a barrel wrap, looks to pull and drive the ball, big stride into contact, has bat speed and he can make the ball jump when pulling, explodes his hands well at contact. Defense sets him apart but a solid offensive performer as well. Verbal commitment to Arkansas. Named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic team.
