Ethan Clements is a 2014 RHP/1B with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Sammamish, WA who attends O Dea HS. Tall, strong build with lower half strength. Ran a 7.84 60 yard dash. Works from an over the top arm slot and has some moving parts to his delivery. Reaches 81 mph with his fastball and pitches down in the zone effectively. Shows depth to his 11-5 slider and locates it well at 71 mph. Knows how to use his off speed and mix his pitches consistently. Also swung the bat, uses a big stride and carries his hands low. Has a power approach and likes to lift the ball. Good power potential. Moves well around first base and has a quality arm. Very good student.
