Landon Brune is a 2013 OF/RHP with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Marshall, TX who attends Marshall HS. Medium athletic build, good present strength. Right handed hitter, spread stance, short swing with good present bat speed, has strength in his swing, gets the ball in the air, good carry, showed home run power, aggressive swing. 6.75 runner, moves well on the bases. Left field tools in the outfield helped by running speed. Also pitched, long extended 3/4's arm action, some lean on release, hard front side. Fastball to 82 mph, some 2-plane break on low 70's curveball. Power/Speed combination makes him interesting, performed very well. Good student.
