Reed Sherman is a 2014 OF/ with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Trophy Club, TX who attends Byron Nelson. Medium athletic frame with good present strength. Has good speed which he displays on the bases by taking an extra base when available and disrupting the pitchers rhythm when on base. Shows good arm speed in the outfield with good actions an accurate arm and gets good reads on balls. Has a easy simple approach at the plate with good mechanics. Line drive swing plane with bat speed, gets good extension through the ball, makes solid consistent contact with gap power. Is an excellent student and someone to follow closely.
