Mike Castilla is a 2013 3B/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Lehigh Acres, FL who attends Riverdale HS. Strong thick build, fairly mature physically. Right handed hitter, very spread stance, simple swing mechanics, stays balanced and hits through the ball, gets long at times, squares the ball well when not too long, has strength and creates bat speed, ball comes off the barrel well. 7.30 runner, shows agility and foot quickness at third base, good hands, solid arm strength, makes the plays with athleticism. Good overall player.
