Bladimir Matos Gerardo is a RHP/ with a 6-1 188 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, DOM. Lean, athletic build with mature strength. Works from a three-quarter arm slot and ball jumps out of his hand. Uses his lower half effectively and drives off his back leg. Shows big arm speed and a clean overall arm action. Has easy mechanics and good command of his 90-94 mph fastball. Flashes arm side running action. Mixes a sharp 11-5 curveball at 78 mph with good depth. Low 90s velocity comes easy. Movement, raw velocity and ability to command his breaking ball will allow him to miss bats at the next level.
