Kyle Ostrowski is a 2015 LHP/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Tinley Park, IL who attends Lincoln-Way North HS. Tall lanky athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Compact quick arm action, over the top arm slot, gets downhill well, tends to fall off to the third base side on release. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, mostly straight with good angle, will get come cutting action glove side at times. Big soft 12/6 downer curveball with fair spin, curveball lacks power but depth and angle work well. Did not see a change up. Projects well physically and should keep improving. Good student, verbal commitment to Purdue.
