Braxton Lane is a 2009 OF with a 5'11'', 170 lb. frame from Tyrone, GA who attends Sandy Creek HS. Braxton is a very exciting baseball player and extremely athletic. He ran an incredible 6.26 sixty and covers a lot of ground in the outfield. He switch hits at the plate with a good approach from both sides. He has quick hands and drives line drives to all fields. He makes good contact and uses his speed very well. He will bunt and slap as well as hit some ropes in the gaps. He is incredibly fast on the bases and is a game changer with that speed and his outstanding instincts. Braxton is a top prospect in the 2009 class. Aflac All American
