Robbie Buller is a 2008 1B/P with a 6'5'', 215 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends Clements. Robbie has a large 6' 5" frame with broad shoulders and some present strength. He has long legs and arms. He hits from an open stance, and showed good pull power to the gap during his batting practice session. He showed good bat speed, but his hands and feet are a little busy in the box. He definitely has power potential, and has good pop right now. He works well around first base, and moves well side to side. He makes a clean exchange and is accurate with his throws. Off of the mound, he has a tall and fall style delivery throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. He is a high effort guy with an online delivery. He commands his pitches well and works both sides of the plate. His curveball is a 12-6 with tight spin that he will occasionally throw from a over the top arm slot. His top fastball velocity was 80 mph. Robbie is also a good student.
