Andrew Perry is a 2018 3B/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Rexford, NY who attends Shenendehowa High School. Medium build and frame, athletic look, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.47 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary third basemen, developing footwork, quickness to release, improving accuracy, and raw arm strength. At the plate, started with a very wide base, medium, active hand set, and utilized a leg lift timing mechanism. Showed good intent in his swing, torquing well through lower half, raw bat speed, and an approach that worked the opposite field and up the middle. Additional rhythm and timing would help with consistent results at the plate.
