Robert Rodriguez is a 2016 SS/2B/OF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Howard Beach, NY who attends Robert H Goddard HS. Smaller slender build, high waist, young look. Very good runner, 6.79 in the sixty. Second base tools and actions defensively, has good hands with quick feet to the ball, plays tall at times and gets his glove down late, arm strength is still developing. Right handed hitter, narrow upright stance, stays balanced well, short swing with tight hands, occasionally late with his front foot shift, looks to pull the ball. Good student.
