Louis Rossi is a 2018 MIF/3B, OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Holliston, MA who attends Holliston High School. Younger player with a lean, slender build, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.47 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, showed short footwork to the ball, lower arm slot, fields the ball clean, accuracy to the bag, and developing arm strength. At the plate, started with an open stance, medium hand load, and a leg lift timing mechanism. Longer swing at times, hands showed ability to get through the zone with quickness, and utilized an approach that worked pull side and up the middle. Will continue to improve with age and strength in swing.
