Noah Webb is a 2019 C/RHP with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Kodak, TN who attends Sevier County HS. Medium athletic build with good present strength. 7.25 runner, moves very well behind the plate, nice one-spot quickness, quick transfer and release on his throws with solid arm strength, makes accurate throws with carry, pretty polished in all his actions. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread no stride approach with a low hands start, very limited shift into contact, upper half swing only, uphill swing plane but with no lower half behind it to drive the swing, will need to make adjustments to catch his offense up with his defense. Also pitched, high leg lift delivery, compact arm circle with a 3/4's arm slot, lands a bit closed out front. heavy fastball in the mid-80's, topped out at 86 mph. Curveball is sharp and tight with very good depth at times, 11/5 shape with eye level changing ability. Aggressive pitcher who challenges and works ahead in counts. Good student.
