Hunter Coleman is a 2016 C/3B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Midland, TX who attends Midland Lee HS. Medium athletic build with very good present strength. 71.9 runner, good flexibility behind the plate, gets low and has quick feet and good balance, receives the ball cleanly with strong hands, good arm strength with plus accuracy, repeats his mechanics well, polished catcher with tools. Right handed hitter, high and deep hand load, rotational swing, will swing around the ball at times, has strength when squared but tends to get too long in his approach. Defense will carry him while he makes offensive adjustments. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Texas A&M.
