Max Rogers is a 2016 RHP/IF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Mount Airy, MD who attends Mount Saint Joseph. Extra-large, athletic frame with long limbs and a lean, projectable build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.89 60-yard dash. Light actions on his feet in the infield, rounds the ball well and works through it, short arm action, accurate throws with carry and strength, athletic actions. Right-handed hitter, starts with a spread and open lower half, loads hands into a good hitting position. Quick bat, upper half swing, hands work well in swing, solid plate coverage with pull side approach, showed in games the ability to go to the opposite field, gets to front foot early, has strength. Very good student.
