Britton Araujo is a 2014 OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Tarpon Springs, FL who attends Clearwater Central Catholic HS. Smaller build, live body athletic actions. 6.68 runner, quick first step in the outfield with good footwork at the ball, long arm action with a big crow hop, stays directional, very accurate throws. Switch hitter, better mechanics and bat speed right handed, contact oriented approach from both sides, spray line drive contact, can shorten his swing but handles the barrel well. Good student.
