Grant Williams is a 2014 2B/SS with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Dunwoody, GA who attends St Pius X Catholic. Has a medium compact frame with a good athletic build. Displayed good actions on the mound with a good arm across the infield. Has a smooth quick transfer with carry on his throws, has lateral quickness to his with a smooth glove and made several nice plays during the games. Has an open stance at the plate with high hands and gets out of the box quick. Has a short direct swing path with bat speed, makes line drive contact with a live bat, and is a good lead-off hitter. Has a online delivery on the mound, throws easy, pounds the strike zone and throws a good straight change. Is a Kennesaw State Commit and is a very good student.
