Castillo was one of the physically stronger players at the World Showcase and showed his strength with the only home run during game competition, an opposite field drive he smoked to left centerfield. Castillo has a well balanced, smooth swing with some natural lift to it. We imagine he’s extremely dangerous with a metal bat in his hands and might even show more power with a little more extension to his swing. The ball jumps off his bat in a big hurry and he hits a lot of balls on the sweet spot.. Castillo throws well and is smooth and easy with his actions with good hands at 3B. He’s a good student who’s signed to attend Louisville after he graduates. He's going to create some serious draft interest with that left handed bat.
