Jacob Mora (2017 SS, Whittier, CA) showed a nice arm on the mound threwing 2 perfect innings with his fastball sitting 82-85 mph.
Hayden Tapert (2016 1B, Monrovia, CA) had 2 hits in the game including a triple. Showed good hitting tools that project well and needs to be followed closely.
Blake Katsev (2016 3B, Santa Barbara, CA) had a nice game with the bat as he knocked out both a double and a triple in the game.
Andrew Crane (2017 OF, San Diego, CA) also showed well with a single and a triple and sqaures the ball up well.
Nicholas Valdez (2017 SS, Stevenson Ranch, CA), and Maxwell Foxcroft (2018 2B, Newport Coast, CA) both had two hits for the gold team.
Jason Ajamian (2016 1B, Altadena, CA) showed gap to gap power going 2-3 with a double. Good athlete who runs well.
Jake Renteria (2018 OF, Clovis, CA) is an extremely interesting young hitter. He went 3-3 today with a double. Already a nice swing with good bat speed and plenty of room to continue to add strength. Bat needs to be follwed very closely. Extremely high ceiling.
Sebastian Yasuda (2016 SS, Torrance, CA) had an outstanding game going 3-3. He squares the ball up well and makes hard contact.

Matthew Acosta (2016 LHP, Chino Hills, CA) threw from a high 3/4 arm slot and did a good job of getting on top of the baseball. He showed a good FB at 84-88 mph.
Jacob Cruce (2016 C, Brentwood, CA) had a single and a double in the game. He made loud contact at the plate and showed off good bat speed with a line drive swing plane.
Trevin Reynolds (2016 MIF, Las Vegas, NV) threw from a high 3/4 arm slot with a good FB at 81-83 mph with a good CB at 69 mph with 11-5 breaking action.
Alex Sanchez (2016 OF, Fontana, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed quick hands to the ball with a short compact swing.
Nick Falco (2017 3B, Fresno, CA)had a pair of singles in the game. Showed a good bat path to the ball with good plate coverage.
Noah Williams (2016 SS, San Dimas, CA) squared the ball up consistently with a line drive swing plane. He had a double in the game. He showed a short compact swing.
Spencer Weston (2017 SS, Irvine, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed a good bat path to the ball and the ability to drive the ball the other way.
Black vs Green Game Highlights

Colton Cassinelli (2018 SS, San Tan Valley, AZ) really impressed at the plate for the Black team. He already had a double and a triple in the game and then stepped to the plate and drilled a line drive HR in his last at bat. He drives the ball to all fields and had impressive at bats all day.
Connor Montgomery (2017 OF, Anaheim Hills, CA) also really impressed for the Green team. He hammered some balls in the game showing good gap power with more to come as he adds strength.
Brandon Posivak (2016 2B, Los Angeles, CA) ran the fastest 60 time in the showcase and tripled in today's game.
Seth Stone (2017 RHP, Encino, CA) started for the Black team and tossed 4 scoreless innings and struck out 4. Fastball was up to 80 mph
Daniel Ritcheson (2017 RHP, Chatsworth, CA) is a very interesting young pitcher. He struck out 5 in 4 innings running his fastball up to 87 mph with more to come. Definitely an arm that needs to be followed closely.
Jamal Evans (2016 OF, Hawthorne, CA) shows good bat speed and smoked a ball down the LF line that went just foul. Bat to watch
Jamal O'Guinn (2017 SS, Fresno, CA) continued to really impress at the showcase knocking out 3 hits today. Ball really jumps off his barrel and he shows big power potential.
Jake Baer (2016 3B, Tarzana, CA) continues to stand out with the bat as he shows good bat speed and just hits balls hard. He also made some nice plays at 3B and shows good feel for the game.

Lucky Martinez (2016 OF, Barstow, CA) started off the game with a spectacular diving catch into the bullpen out in RF. He showed good bat speed at the plate with a line drive swing plane.
Dylan Aronne (2017 OF, San Juan Capistrano, CA) had a double in the game with lift in his swing. He also should good range in the OF with a nice diving catch in RF.
Elijah Greene (2016 OF, Eastvale, CA) threw from an over the top arm slot with a good FB at 80-83 mph, with a good curveball at 67 mph with 12-6 breaking action.
Bryce Pongs (2016 1B, Corona, CA) threw from an over the top arm slot with a good FB at 82-83 mph. He showed a quick arm on the mound and the ability to throw from multiple arm slots.
Christopher Brahms (2016 3B, Woodland Hills, CA) had a single and a double in the game. He showed good barrel up skills at the plate with lift in his swing.
Jayson Gonzalez (2017 SS, Azusa, CA) had a pair of singles in the game. He showed excellent bat speed and made hard consistent contact.
Samad Taylor (2016 SS, Corona, CA) had a pair of singles in the game with good bat speed and quick hands at the plate.
