Event Information
This is the 12th annual 16U BCS Finals which is held on MLB Spring Training fields in Fort Myers, Florida. Past champions of this event include: East Cobb Astros (2006), East Cobb Titans (2007), Orlando Scorpions/Palm Beach PAL (2008), Dallas Yankees (2009), Palm Beach PAL (2010), SF Prospects (2011), SWFL Baseball (2012), Houston Heat (2013), Elite Squad Prime (2014), Chain National (2015), and Clutch (2016).

Teams are expected to be ready to play at 8:00 am Monday, July 17th.

Schedule will be released 4 days prior to the start of the event.

2017 BCS Format
Pools of 4
Day 1 – 2 Pool Play games for each team from their Original Pool
Day 2 – 1 Pool Play game for each team from their Original Pool

Following first 3 games of Pool Play, the top 2 teams from each pool will go into new pools of 4, as seen in the example below.

Example:
Pool A 1st Place
Pool B 2nd Place
Pool C 1st Place
Pool D 2nd Place

Following first 3 games of Pool Play, the bottom 2 teams from each pool will go into new pools of 4, as seen in the example below.

Example:
Pool A 3rd Place
Pool B 4th Place
Pool C 3rd Place
Pool D 4th Place

Day 3 – 2 Pool Play games for each team 
Day 4 – 1 Pool Play game for each team

NEW FORMAT DUE TO WEATHER

Following the 2nd round of Pool Play games, only teams from the pools that have 1st and 2nd place teams from original pools can make the Championship playoff bracket. Top team from each of these pools(AA-MM) will make Championship playoff Bracket along with 3 wildcards.

Teams in 3rd and 4th place pools(NN-ZZ) will have a consolation bracket. The consolation bracket will consist ]of POOL WINNERS ONLY from pools NN-ZZ. This will not be connected to the Championship Playoff Bracket
