As much as the 20
th
ranked player in the Perfect Game 2014 class rankings can be said to be a sleeper, Georgia southpaw Mac Marshall might fit that description. The national scouting community has had a taste of the young lefthander’s potential but will be hungry for much more this spring.

Marshall has been a well-known prospect since he was a sophomore at Parkview High School, one of the top high school programs in the country, and also pitches for the prominent Team Elite squad in the summers and fall. He pitched at the 2012 Junior National Showcase and showed his potential, topping out at 88 mph with a very good curveball and also showing his high level athleticism by running a 6.6 60-yard dash.
