Pool A

Projected Winners:  East Cobb Astros

Just like many of the East Cobb teams of the past, this 15u Astros team is used to winning, and they win often.  Fresh off of a 7-0 tournament win at the East Cobb Invitational, they look to continue their victorious ways this week.  With a large portion of their roster appearing in the National Player Rankings, it’s hard to single out anyone as a key contributor.  It’s safe to say that this loaded East Cobb team will get contributions up and down the lineup and should be competing for the title until the last day.

Top Finishers:  US Elite 2019 National

As winners of the 15u Mid-Atlantic Regional, US Elite 2019 National comes into this week with extremely high hopes.  Fielding a team of players already being recruited by powerhouse conference schools, US Elite certainly has the firepower to compete late into the week.  This group already has a national championship under their belt this year and come into the Super 25 Championships with plenty of confidence.   2019 catcher/pitcher Jack Scanlon is the do-it-all type player for US Elite, and will provide top end pitching ability along with plus defensive tools behind the plate.  Another critical player is 2019 grad Bobby Whalen who uses great instincts and flat out hustle to steadily be one of the best players on the field every game.

Dark Horse:  GBG Northeast Hawks

In its first year as partners with Garciaparra Baseball Group, the GBG Northeast Hawks will test their recent successes in the northeast against some of the best teams in the south and across the country. 2019 grad CJ Dunn led the New England Region with a 0.34 ERA in 2015 in 61 innings and is off to a strong start to his summer of 2016.  The offensive attack is headed by 2019 power hitter Dan Saraceno, who is already on the map of plenty of scouts in the northeast.  Catcher and 2019 grad Jack Webster will see the majority of the action behind the plate and provides a high quality offense to go with his tremendous catching ability.

Pool B

Projected Winners:  East Cobb Colt 45s

Coming into this tournament with a handful of players appearing towards the top of Perfect Game’s state player rankings, the East Cobb Colt 45s are a very deep team with a lot of talent.  Leading the way at the plate is Isaac Bouton, who continually appears on all-tournament teams every event he enters.  Behind the dish will be toolsy 2019 grad Jonathan French, and patrolling the outfield is the dangerous 2019 grad Dylan Rogers.   Adding to this group will be  first baseman Hunter Gray who looks to provide some pop in the middle of the order.  The pitching staff is led by 2018 grad Dalton Rhadans, who throws from three different arm slots and aims to fool batters with his pitch movement and location.

Top Finishers:  Texas Stix 15 Black

After winning an extremely tough 15u North Texas Regional with a 6-0 record, the Texas Stix's has proven to be a viable contender against some of the top competition in the country.  2019 Centerfield Jacob Guerrero will be the team’s steady bat throughout the week, and 2019 pitchers Kade Bragg and Mason Roach will provide front of the rotation ability showing nice pitch-ability and the capability of shutting down the running game.

Dark Horse: FTB Mizuno 15u

Family - that is how this FTB Mizuno team describes their chemistry.   As a team that works hard together on the field and spends a lot of time together off the field, FTB has a group that will battle until the last out.  2019 grad Kelvin Laroscain and 2019 all around talent Anthony Martens will led the charge for this group hoping to make a deep run in this National Championship.
