Layer has loud tools across the board, throwing 91 mph from the outfield, running a 6.69 60 yard dash and showing above average bat speed and life off of his barrel in game action.

Alexis Torres  SS - 2016 - Caguas, PR

A highest level defensive shortstop, Torres has a plus throwing arm as indicated by his 89 mph across the diamond workout result, but his smooth actions are what truly stand out. He also shows major life in his bat, as well as power potential.

Yadiel Fonseca  RHP - 2016 - Caguas, PR

The owner of the best raw fastball velocity of any pitcher in attendance, Fonseca's fastball jumps out of his hand at 85-87 mph, as he's able to work down in the zone and miss bats. He also also flashes a sharp 78 mph slider and 72 mph curveball.

A highly deceptive, strongly built righty, Stimpson gives hitters a lot to contend with. Armed with an 84-87 mph fastball, he generates outstanding movement and works consistently down in the zone. He also shows the ability to spot his breaking ball.

Marrero shows off impressive catching actions, getting the ball out very quickly and posting an event best 1.89 pop time. He also shows good bat speed from the right side of the plate.

Gabriel Rodriguez  OF - 2017 - Toa Alta, PR

A highly athletic outfielder with a plus throwing arm, everything Rodriguez does looks easy. He has low effort bat speed and the ball jumps off his bat. He threw 90 mph from the outfield and had excellent game action swings.

Ricardo De La Torre  SS - 2017 - Juana Diaz, PR
Auburn

De La Torre is well rounded, young, highly projectable athlete. He ran a 6.98 60 yard dash, threw 88 mph across the diamond to show off his above average arm, and showed life in his bat from the right side.

Jose Marcano  SS - 2017 - Humacao, PR

A young infielder with easy actions, Rivera has the arm and quickness to potentially play up the middle. He also shows good bat speed from the right side and potential for power as he matures.
