2017 Top Prospects

Ramon Ripoll  OF - 2017 - Fort Lauderdale, FL
Uncommitted

Drove the ball to the middle of the field with good bat speed and lower half drive that generated good carry off the barrel.

Connor Kehl  SS - 2017 - Eden Prairie, MN
Stetson/Chipola College

Proved throughout the weekend he has some twitchy athleticism and ability to use it in the field and at the plate where the ball jumped off the bat to all fields.

John "Drew" Dwyer  RHP - 2017 - Fort Myers, FL
Indian River State College

Had the best fastball and outfield velocity on the weekend. His future looks to be on the mound, where his upper 80's fastball comes easy out of his hand with signs of more in the tank.

Devin Adams  RHP - 2017 - Miramar, FL
Uncommitted

Used his size nicely on the mound sitting 86-88 MPH on the mound with his fastball attacking hitter and staying low in the zone. His frame projects to add more velocity down the road.

Christopher De Guzman  SS - 2017 - Fajardo, PR
Alabama State

His great arm strength at shortstop plays even better when you see his ability to throw from multiple arm angles. He stays smooth with his actions and footwork and gets himself in a great position to make every play. He should continue to stay up the middle at the next level.

Josh Rulli  C - 2017 - Riverview, FL
Pensacola State

Proves to be tough to run on with his great footwork and quick actions. His catch and throw skills were clean and were consistently accurate down to second base.

Jose Varela  RHP - 2017 - Miami, FL
Florida International/St. Johns River CC

His arm will continue to play anywhere as he topped out at 89 mph on the mound while his power continues to improve. He showed lower half explosiveness at the plate and is able to use his 6-2, 185 pound frame nicely.

Rafael Santos  OF - 2017 - Deerfield Beach, FL
Broward CC

Fluidity at both the plate and in the field made Santos standout. He uses his lower half nicely in all aspects of the game creating good separation and direction defensively and at the dish.

Dustin Rogers  C - 2017 - Navarre, FL
Uncommitted

Clear size and athleticism stands out as soon as Rogers takes the field and really is shown off at the plate where he looks to hit the baseball with authority and drive the baseball gap to gap.

Kevin Bermudez  C - 2017 - Winter Park, FL
Uncommitted

Had good bat speed showed pull side power while flashing ability to match plane with the barrel. His workouts behind the plate showed very quick actions and release into throws popping as low as a 1.81 seconds.

Trey Fields  RHP - 2017 - Englewood, FL
Florida Gulf Coast

Defense and arm strength were on display this weekend with Fields as he ran a fastball up to 86 mph and displayed smooth actions from both the infield and behind the plate.

Ryan Velazquez  RHP - 2017 - Canovanas, PR
Jackson State/Galveston College

The 6-4, 210 pound right-handed pitcher has proved to steadily be more consistent with his mechanics each time we see him. He has a three pitch mix including a heavy fastball, a sweeping slider, and a hard sinking changeup.

2018 Top Prospects

Justin Stewart  RHP - 2018 - Bartow, FL
South Florida

The two-way prospect showed good leverage at the plate and good downhill plane on his mid 80's fastball that makes it difficult to predict which position he will end up at the next level.

Free Agents Top Prospects

Aaron Bracho  SS - Free Agents - El Tigrito, AN VEN

Stood out as usual with his impressive toolset, which is even more impressive given his age. He showed tremendous actions on the infield with great arm strength and next level barrel skills at the plate.
