After taking a pure and effortless infield, Greene proceeded to bring a silence over the crowd during BP in which he easily cleared the Monster. Oh, and he sat 93-95, bumping a 96, with his fastball in an inning of work while flashing a sharp slider up to 77 mph.

Adell continued to show his upper echelon levels of athleticism throughout every phase of drills. Posted one of the top 60 times at 6.19, threw 97 mph from the outfield and showed impressive raw power during BP. Everything Waters did this event was loud as he ran a 6.69 60-yard, threw 95 mph from the outfield, and then proceeded to barrel the ball up swing after swing, particularly from the left side where he picked up two base hits that registered 103 mph coming off.

Allen stood out defensively at shortstop as he always does and likely qualifies as the top defensive player in the 2017 class. He moves the ball around the field effectively at the plate and will occasionally surprise with a hard pull line drive for extra bases.

Corry has missed lots of mound time recovering from an ACL injury sustained playing football but it didn't show in Fort Myers. He was up to 93 with an easy arm stroke and obvious athleticism in all his actions.

Brannen showed lots of improvement in his left handed swing and really hit the ball hard to all fields. But what really stood out was the 6.18 speed in the sixty and his overall athleticism. He's a high ceiling talent if the bat continues to get better.

Eder is a loose bodied southpaw with a very fast arm that produces a present low 90's fastball that jumps on hitters and there is probably more velocity in there. Improvement in his secondary stuff will be key to his development.

Sloan committed to TCU just before his turn to pitch at the National and he didn't disappoint. He's got plenty of strength on his 6-foot-5 frame and was able to run his fastball up to 94 mph while spinning a tight, and impressively hard slider at 85 mph, usually an indicator of more velocity on its way.

Mitchell stands out for his left handed bat and his overall approach to hitting. Campbell is a switch-hitter but he's much stronger from the left side at present and his left handed Hit tool is one of the best in the class. He profiles as an offensive oriented second baseman moving forward.

Coming into the event Pearson was already regarded for possessing one of the top hit tools in the class, a notion that he only reaffirmed throughout the event with a loud round of batting practice and consistent barreled contact in game. Fisher looks the part at 6-5/185 and has a fast arm that produces a 89-92 mph fastball and he shows a good curveball and change up as well. He keeps improving and might not be done yet.

Rodriguez recently transitioned into the 2017 class from the 2018's and immediately put his name on scout's lists as a potential premium draft pick. His two big tools are his right handed power and his big throwing arm, one of the top such tools in the 2017 class.

Meredith "only" ran a 6.3 sixty but his speed might be the most impactful in the class in games as he has an extremely quick first step and is likely the fastest player in the country when it comes to getting out of the box and stealing a base.
Bobby Miller
RHP - 2017 - McHenry, IL
Louisville
Miller has been a primary first baseman and is just converting to primary pitcher status but his raw arm strength and long and slender 6-5/190 build is impressive. He threw up to 93 mph from the mound 95 mph from first base during drills.
Will Hardigree
C - 2017 - Auburn, GA
University of North Georgia
Hardigree had the best set of drills of any catcher, popping a legit 1.78 and showing very good lower half quickness and footwork. He has a short and simple swing at the plate and consistently barreled up the ball.
Brendan Murphy
LHP - 2017 - Mundelein, IL
Arizona State
Murphy has a prototype 6-4/200 build and a very loose and projectable arm that produced a fastball up to 90 mph and a very nice change up. Physical maturity will take care of more velocity, improving his slider is the next step.
Conor Grady
RHP - 2017 - Tampa, FL

Grady hasn't begun to physically mature and his 6-3/180 build is slender and young looking. But he's already up to 90 mph with a very smooth and loose arm along with a potential plus slider and will keep getting better as he gets stronger.
Buddy Kennedy

North Carolina is in a very interesting situation if they get both Kennedy and Ashton McGee to campus, as both are present strong infielders who can really hit the ball hard and could be college All-American types.
Garrett Blaylock

Blaylock has prototype third base tools and smooth athletic actions both on defense and on offense. He sees the ball well at the plate and is very projectable as a left handed hitter.
Calvin Greenfield
C - 2017 - Jensen Beach, FL
Florida
An Illinois native, Greenfield has been compared to another Illinois catcher, Cooper Johnson, due to his high level defensive tools. Like Johnson, how much he shows with the bat will define his future prospect status.
Shane Muntz
RHP - 2017 - Phoenixville, PA

Muntz is some kind of big at 6-4/240 and if anything he looks a bit bigger than that. He has understandably huge right handed power at the plate but his future might be on the mound. He threw up to 92 mph and showed good feel for a upper 70's curveball that had sharp biting action.
Cooper Swanson
SS - 2017 - Fort Myers, FL
Florida State
Swanson ran a 6.69 and threw 90+ from both the infield and outfield but what impressed the most was his right handed bat speed. The ball exploded off the barrel with a louder noise than most hitters generate.
Brady Smith
C - 2017 - Niceville, FL
Florida
Smith has only been catching for about a year after transitioning from the infield. His offensive potential at that position stands out and he's a gamer who should easily learn the skills required at the position.
Hunter Milligan
LHP - 2017 - Greenbrier, AR
Arkansas
Milligan had one of the best curveballs at the showcase, with a big deep break up to 76 mph and good feel for location and repeating his release point. He topped out at 90 mph and we've heard about more velocity for him at other events.
Ethan Gallagher

Gallagher has a first base/left field future but you won't find many hitters with a simpler swing or more strength at contact than the 6-1/215 right handed hitter.
Gustavo Rodriguez

Rodriguez is an extremely tooled up 16 year old Dominican prospect who should be a major target for teams as the July 2 international signing date approaches. He has the build, athleticism and arm strength to be a high level right fielder.
Luis Cleto

Clete doesn't have quite the raw tools as fellow Dominican Rodriguez but still has a pretty high ceiling and should be a prized sign on the international market. He has the big Dominican arm strength and lots of power potential at the plate.
Jesus Nunez

Nunez is a prototypical young Dominican shortstop prospect with very quick hands on defense along with a big throwing arm across the diamond. He'll keep improving at the plate as he gets stronger and more physically mature.
Aaron Bracho

Bracho is only 15 years old but he competed well with the older top prospects and reminds us of fellow Venezuelan infielder Roughed Odor, who also competed at the National Showcase prior to signed as an International J2 prospect.
