Weather was the biggest story this past weekend as it forced re-schedulings, postponements and cancellations in numerous parts of the nation. Most notably it cancelled the third and final game between No. 1 Florida and South Carolina, with the two teams splitting their first two games and neither having a midweek contest causing them to finish the week 1-1. Because of that, it was determined no change would be made to the top of the rankings, and as a result the top five teams all remained the same.

One thing became distinctly clear over the weekend: It's hard to identify the top team in Conference USA, as all three of the front-runners (Florida Atlantic, Southern Miss and Rice) are roughly interchangeable. FAU took their weekend series over Southern Miss, who claimed their weekend series at home against Rice last weekend. Because of this, C-USA will be one of the more intriguing conferences to follow down the stretch.

Perfect Game welcomes Bryant to the Top 25 this week as they moved to 33-8 overall after a 5-1 week, which included a series win over Sacred Heart and a midweek win over Boston College. Those wins followed last weekend's series sweep of Stony Brook as the Bulldogs continue to build a very strong postseason resume. The open spot was made after Dallas Baptist – who entered the Top 25 two weeks ago –  lost three of four games and fell out of the rankings.

Don't forget to tune in to Perfect Game College Baseball this evening from 9-11 p.m. ET on SiriusXM College Sports Nation, channel 84, with hosts Daron Sutton and Mike Rooney, as they recap an exciting weekend of baseball while looking ahead to what's next.
